Happy Holidays!
I see that it has been nearly one year since I last posted to this blog. My purpose this Christmas Eve is to deliver a holiday message to all who visit. You were probably guided here via e-mail or facebook. I did it this way for two reasons: first, Hanukkah and Christmas seemed to come so quickly this year that we did not get to sending out cards in time, and second, so I could have the image and text together and invite you to view my blog for the photos, something I love to do and don't do nearly enough. On to the message...
For my family, like so many others, 2009 has been a year of joyful and difficult times - victories and affirmations that we are on a good track, sorrowful personal and professional losses, amazing synchronicity that tells us all is good and supportive, and fortunate growth through inspiration and lessons learned - all reminders that everything happens for the best, whether it feels good at the time or not. We are in a good place right now, not completely comfortable but still a good place. I hope that this finds you in a very good place.
We are what we choose to make of ourselves but also products of our experiences which are woven into our being, and within that tapestry of experience are our connections to family and friends, the golden threads that bind us together and keep us strong and in the light. I am grateful to be blessed by having so many wonderful people in my life.
On behalf of myself and my family, Aaron, Heather, and Mike, I wish you Happy Holidays and a Bright New Year.

Happy 2009!
137 photos since August 3, 2008...not bad for getting a late start. Thank you for all of your comments. Enjoy the New Year! Lorrie
